Help the teenagers in your life use their tech skills to make a difference for others! Teens Teach Tech, powered by AT&T, is a digital literacy and learning program led by teens that helps build skills and confidence for newly connected adults in today’s digital world.
Digital Literacy and Learning
Through its digital skills training, career readiness, and job placement opportunities, Connected Nation is dedicated to providing training opportunities for disadvantaged families, new technology adopters, job seekers, veterans, and military spouses to adopt and use technology effectively.
Digital Works
This program delivers scholarship-funded, live, virtual, digital skills and customer service training, and individualized career readiness support focused on applying for and securing a work-from-home job.
UETN Technology Inventory Report
Connected Nation has assisted the Utah Education and Telehealth Network (UETN) with the Utah School Inventory since 2015 — featuring critical data points that were leveraged to more easily pivot to remote learning during the pandemic.
The most recent inventory was released on Feb. 20, 2024.Our teams collected more than 82,600 data points, representing 1,034 schools across Utah. The final report provides a comprehensive summary of the Utah school system and an overview page for every school district and charter school in the state.
Past Projects
AT&T K-12 Connected Learning Program
Connected Nation led this program that provided more than 40,00 hotspots to students in need across the country. Through this initiative, AT&T and Connected Nation were primarily focused on providing access for students in the following groups:
- Students in foster care
- Students experiencing homelessness
- English language learners
- Students with disabilities
- Students eligible for the Migrant Education Program
- Other at-risk students who may be disconnected from traditional education opportunities
National Kids Summit
AT&T K-12 Connected Learning Program
This summit was held on April 22, 2022. It featured four student teams that were each named finalists following round one of the competition. Each team won cash prizes based on their placement to help make their community projects a reality.
Connect K-12
Connected Nation, in partnership with Funds For Learning and EducationSuperHighway, launched and maintained the Connect K-12 (CK12) program through early 2024. The CK12 platform is a free tool that aggregates, analyzes, and visualizes E-rate data, so you don’t have to. It’s easy to use and provides internet speeds and pricing data for America’s public schools in just seconds.
